One minute, not enough sleep will cause you to die and everything else in between and the next minute its too much? People who sleep that much are also fat and unhealthy I don’t think it’s the sleep parts fault is the lazy as the shit part that kills them. These researchers seem to confuse each other. I came across one health advisory research finding which says to attain healthy and bright mind one needs eight hours sleep. Here, this one here is telling me completely the opposite of that. I don’t know which one to believe, but I know that sleeping makes me whole lot fit and am not about to do otherwise. My sleep my priority! Period!

My enemies have been put the chemical in my bed hoping I die in my sleep and the day I die. they gonna blame on sleeping too much or maybe I had a medical health problem. What I’ll say is check the person blood or bed sheets for any toxic chemicals. If you sleep or doesn’t sleep so much, we all will eventually die someday. Let me sleep to my satisfaction. I think you sleep, what you’re body needs to sleep sometimes it’s more than other times this research makes no sense at all if I’m sleepy I’m sleeping. This is a study of the average American so it makes sense. The average American is overworked and overstressed and sleep is where the body should rebuild and recovery but I guess due to a lifestyle that’s changing. It’s not the sleep. When you sleep for long periods your body gets dehydrated and can also start resorbing tissue for food. It doesn’t look like they have taken that into consideration. They do mention that the sleep may be a symptom of an underlying condition causing them to sleep longer so chicken-egg scenario

The science community needs to dig a little deeper and look at the underlying viral issue instead of the result. Since sleeping less than 8 hours and sleeping up to 8 hours are both dangerous to our health, I will start sleeping 7 hours and spend the balance time oh reading books or browsing through Facebook. I have a high metabolism and I have always needed 11 to 12 hours of sleep a night. It’s been like that since I was a baby. No health issues with me, my body just needs more sleep. Everyone is different. Today if you listen and act according to these so-called research findings you will not sleep or eat or drink anything. I am yet to hear of any research that says how you can survive without food or sleep. I think there is a sinister agenda to reduce the world population through natural attrition. Just eat and drink and sleep like a log you will thank me later
