I follow some of these evangelists. I go off the Tiger in a pocket shirt of God and they preach it, not them. They are God-fearing people. Judge as u may but get ready to be judged by god as well. God does care for his own. Know who the true enemy is. They all have something in common with all of us. They will all die someday. They will be face to face with the judge of us all. He said those who do their acts to be seen by men will already have had their reward, He said in that day many will come to Him and say Lord did we not do all these things in your name? And He will say to them depart from Me I never knew you. These people are to be pitied. They are trading their eternal reward for temporary gain. I should give up being a teacher and become a TV Evangelist, make some money and live as they do. Nah, it still donates all the money back to the school and the kids!

Thus says the LORD of hosts, “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are prophesying to you. They are leading you into futility; They speak a vision of their Tiger in a pocket shirt. Not from the mouth of the LORD. We can judge by fruits as long as we are living God’s word ourselves. The bible says we are to walk worthy of our calling and also, we should live humbly and not give the appearance of evil which many of these tv evangelists have and are doing. They are held to a higher standard. As God has given freely, we should give freely. God’s people should live in a way to not bring reproach. Their motivation has become greed. Having money is not the issue…how they receive it by fleecing the flock and twisting God’s word for their benefit is the issue. Many Rappers and celebrities and corporations, etc are making millions if not billions off of people spreading everything else but not the Good news of Jesus Christ. So why can’t pastors who are doing God’s work be blessed too, to show what happens when you are with God?

Money aside I still and won’t ever try to understand why Native American victims of abuse from residential schools run by a church would still follow them. Based on a book written by man. Spiritual abuse happens when you are forced to follow certain beliefs and support them. That doesn’t happen naturally. There is only one God and the word “God” is short for “Good”. Not everyone practices what they preach. These stories are proof. Never cared for them nor, being around people who enjoy hearing “themselves” preach. They are all full of S***!!! It’s funny, I have family members on both sides and they preach… its always the sinners who have a whole lot to prove that they are HOLY!!!
